Embroidery Foot

Embroidery & Darning foot for Featherweight 222 only. This special foot is designed to be used in place of the normal presser foot, using the same attachment screw. Lower the feed dogs and remove the thread cutter. Attach the embroidery foot ensuring that the extension lug at the back, slips into the take-up lever slot and the small lug at the front is above the needle clamp. It is now no longer possible to lower the take-up lever but the foot can be raised, to allow fabric to be fed under the foot, by using the small lever behind the spring. Check the needle passes through the centre of the hole in the foot.
