Singer Capri Models 141/161 and 143/163

The Singer Capri models 141, 143, 161 and 163 were a family of similar horizontal oscillating hook machines made during the 1974 to 1977 period. They featured a metal body with a plastic top arm cover and an integral motor built into the main column.

The 161 was a tubular bed version of the flatbed 141 model, whilst the 163 was a tubular bed version of the flatbed 143.

The 143 and 163 were similar to the 141 and 161, but with the added features of selectors for Stretch Stitch and Blind Stitch.
